Getting StartedQuickstart

Quickstart

Create your first voice AI agent and test it live in your browser — in minutes.

This guide takes you from zero to a working voice agent you can talk to.

Before you start

Sign up at app.intrlume.tech. On your first sign-in you create an organization (your workspace) and become its admin — invite teammates anytime from Settings → Members. New organizations start on a free trial with credits, so you can build and test right away.

Trial accounts test with web calls, right in the browser. Phone calling — outbound and inbound — becomes available once you move beyond the trial and add a number.

1. Create an agent

In the dashboard, go to Agents → New and follow the builder.

Pick a channel

Choose Outbound, Inbound, or Web. New accounts don't have a phone number yet, so start with Web — it works instantly in the browser. You can add numbers later for phone calls.

Choose industry and use case

Pick your industry, then the use case that fits — this tailors the agent to your scenario.

Fill in the details

Set the calling name, company, voice and language, and the agent's goal in plain language. Optionally attach a knowledge base or tools. For example:

Book solar demo appointments, confirm time slots, and handle rescheduling in Hindi and English.

Create

Click Create. Intrlume writes the prompt, greeting, and conversation flow and builds the agent in moments — the status moves from generating to ready. You can refine anything later in the visual workflow editor.

2. Test it in your browser

Open your Web agent and start a web call — no phone needed. Talk to it live; it handles interruptions and follows the flow you described.

After the call, open Call Logs to see the transcript, the recording, and any data the agent captured.
