Campaigns

Schedule outbound calls to an audience — with calling windows, retries, and pacing.

A campaign is a scheduled batch of outbound calls. Intrlume takes one agent and one or more contact lists, then calls everyone for you — on the schedule you set, with retries.

What a campaign needs

ItemWhy it matters
AudienceThe contacts to call — one or more lists
AgentThe voice agent that makes the calls
Phone numberA caller number for outbound dialing
Schedule + timezoneWhen calls are allowed to run
Retry ruleWhether, and how often, to try again

Campaigns place outbound calls. On the free trial they dial from shared numbers — nothing to buy and nothing to verify. On a paid plan they dial from a dedicated number on your workspace, or one you brought from your own provider.

Set it up

Basics

Name the campaign, pick one or more audiences, and choose the agent.

Duration

Set the start and end dates — calls only run inside this window.

Schedule & retries

Choose the days, hours, and timezone calls may run. Set how often to retry (every few days) and the retry mode — all leads or unanswered only.

Statuses

StatusMeaning
DraftCreated, not started yet
ScheduledWaiting for its start date
ActiveCalls are being made
PausedCalling is paused; resume anytime
CompletedFinished, or reached its end date

You can pause and resume, end early, rerun a finished campaign, and exclude specific contacts you don't want called.

Scheduling & retries

Calls only dial inside your schedule window (days, hours, timezone) and are paced to stay within telephony limits. Outside the window the campaign pauses and picks up automatically in the next slot. With unanswered-only retries, Intrlume skips anyone who already answered and re-tries the rest every few days until the end date.

Track a campaign

Watch live progress — calls made and answer rate — and dig into per-campaign analytics: rounds, completed / failed / no-answer counts, average duration, and a per-contact history with recordings and summaries.
