Campaigns
Schedule outbound calls to an audience — with windows, retries, and concurrency — in Intrlume or from your CRM.
A campaign is a scheduled batch of outbound calls. Intrlume takes one agent and one or more contact lists, then calls everyone for you — on the schedule you set, with retries and a concurrency limit.
What a campaign needs

Campaigns place outbound calls, so they need a provisioned phone number and a plan beyond the free trial (the trial is web-only).
Set it up
Basics
Name the campaign, pick one or more audiences, and choose the agent.
Duration
Set the start and end dates — calls only run inside this window.
Schedule & retries
Choose the days, hours, and timezone calls may run. Set how often to retry (every few days) and the retry mode — all leads or unanswered only.
Statuses

You can pause and resume, end early, rerun a finished campaign, and exclude specific contacts you don't want called.
Scheduling & retries
Calls only dial inside your schedule window (days, hours, timezone) and are paced to stay within limits. Outside the window the campaign pauses and picks up automatically in the next slot. With unanswered-only retries, Intrlume skips anyone who already answered and re-tries the rest every few days until the end date.
Concurrency
How many calls run at once is set by your outbound capacity — the caller numbers your workspace has. Intrlume shows a capacity estimate while you schedule, and never exceeds your plan or balance.
Track a campaign
Watch live progress — calls made and answer rate — and dig into per-campaign analytics: rounds, completed / failed / no-answer counts, average duration, and a per-contact history with recordings and summaries.
Run from your CRM
With campaign automations, Intrlume can pull leads from your CRM on a schedule, create and run the campaign automatically, and push the results back to your CRM. Overlap rules keep it from re-calling anyone you've contacted recently.
