The AI that talks on the call — its prompt, voice, and languages. The easiest way to create one is to describe it in plain language and let Intrlume generate it.
Workflow
The conversation flow behind the agent — the steps and branches that decide what it says and does next. Intrlume builds this for you; open the visual editor when you want precise control.
Knowledge base (optional)
Documents (PDF, URL, or text) the agent can search mid-call to answer questions accurately.
Tools (optional)
Actions the agent can take during a call — look up a record, book a slot — through built-in or custom integrations.
Audience
Who you call. Upload your leads, or bring them in from your CRM. Each lead can carry custom fields (name, account, appointment time) that the agent uses on the call.
Campaign
A run of calls to an audience on a schedule — calling window, timezone, retry rules, and concurrency. Run it right inside your CRM, or in Intrlume.
Calls
Each conversation, across three channels: outbound (you call them), inbound (they call you), and web (a click-to-talk widget). Intrlume records, transcribes, and tags the outcome of every call.
Evaluation
Automatic scoring of call quality — faithfulness, hallucination, and topic adherence — so you can trust what your agent says.
Insights
Call logs, recordings, extracted data, and analytics. Use them to spot what to fix, refine the agent, and run again.
