Manage your profile, organization, team roles, phone numbers, and integration access.
Settings is where you manage your account and organization — your profile, your team, locale, phone numbers, and access for embedding and the API.
Roles: admin and member
Every member of an organization has one of two roles:
- Admin — manages the team (invite, remove, change roles), edits the org locale, manages API keys and web-agent embedding, and sees billing and plan details.
- Member — uses the platform (build agents, run campaigns) and can view the team, numbers, and usage — but can't manage the team, change org settings, or see billing.
Profile
Your personal details: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. Save changes with Save Profile.
Organization
- Organization details — name, ID, billing email, and member-since date (read-only).
- Locale (admin) — Country, Currency, and Timezone. These are snapshotted onto new and edited agents; existing agents are unchanged.
- Plan & usage — your plan's limits (agents, calls this period, knowledge bases, campaigns, leads, integrations) and your current credit balance.
To update organization details or renew/upgrade your plan, email admin@intrlume.tech.
Members
Admins invite teammates by email address and assign a Role (Admin or Member). Admins can also change a member's role, remove members, and revoke pending invitations. Everyone can see the member list.
Phone Numbers
View your outbound and inbound numbers and their monthly cost. To add or remove numbers, email admin@intrlume.tech.
Web Agent
Your public key and domain allowlist for embedding a web agent on your website. Enter the origins (one per line) that may host the widget; leave it empty to allow all. To enable embedding for your organization, contact admin@intrlume.tech.
API keys
(Admin only.) Generate a secret sk_live_ key for server-to-server access — for example, a CRM integration. Keep it secret; regenerating a key immediately breaks any integration still using the old one. To enable API access for your organization, contact admin@intrlume.tech.
Billing
(Admin only.) A ledger of every charge — calls and number rentals — with the date, call/agent, duration, and credits used. Filter by date range or search by call or agent ID. Members don't see the Billing tab.
