Using IntrlumeCreate an agent

Create an agent

Describe what the call is for in one sentence, and Intrlume writes the whole conversation — greeting, flow, voice, and all.

Open Voice Agents and click Create agent. You'll be asked to start one of two ways.

Build from scratch

The first card in the gallery. Pick it, and you describe the agent instead of building it.

Say what the call is for

Under What is the call for?, write the goal, in one sentence. Be concrete about the outcome you want — for example, "Find out which course the enquiry wants and book them a counselling slot."

Choose how it sounds

Under How should it sound?, pick a Language and a Voice.

Choose where it runs

Under Where does it run?, pick the Call type — outbound, inbound, or web.

Let it write

Intrlume writes the agent and shows you its progress. It takes a couple of minutes.

Everything it writes is yours to change afterwards. The generated agent is a starting point, not a locked template.

Start from a ready-made agent

The gallery also lists ready-made agents for common jobs. Pick one and it's created immediately — no waiting.

Some ask for a few details first (your business name, what you're calling about) so the copy reads as yours from the first call.

If no ready-made agents appear, Build from scratch always works — it doesn't depend on the gallery.

What you get

Whichever route you take, the new agent arrives with its conversation flow written, a greeting, a voice, and a language already set. Open it and you'll land on the Profile tab.

From there, see Configure your agent to change anything.

Duplicate an agent

Use Duplicate on an agent's header to copy it — useful for running a variant without touching one that's working.

Inbound agents can't be duplicated. A copy would need its own phone number, and a number belongs to exactly one agent.

Delete an agent

Delete sits on the agent's header, and only admins and owners see it.
