Sources
Connect where your enquiries come from — your website form, your business phone number, or your CRM — and your agent calls every new lead back within about a minute.
A source is a door leads walk through. Connect one, and every new enquiry that arrives is called back automatically — no list to upload, no button to press.
Open Integrations → Sources. Each tab is one door.
The sources you can connect
| Source | What it does |
|---|---|
| Website | Enquiries from your website forms get called back within about a minute. |
| Call Forwarding | Point your business number at your agent. Every caller becomes a lead. |
| HubSpot | New contacts in HubSpot get called back within about a minute. |
| Zoho CRM | New leads in Zoho CRM get called back within about a minute. |
Google Ads and Meta Ads appear in the tab strip marked (soon) and can't be set up yet.
You can run more than one source at a time. A lead's source is shown on every call it produces, in the Source column on Conversations.
Connect your website form
Three steps, all on the Website tab.
Pick who calls these leads
Under Who calls these leads, choose the agent that should ring every new enquiry.
Say how your form sends leads
Under How your form sends leads, choose From a web page or From my server.
Pick From a web page if your form posts straight from the browser — you'll list the websites allowed to send us leads. Pick From my server if your own backend forwards the enquiry.
Set Most enquiries per day to cap how many leads a day this source may create.
Wire it up and check
Under Wire it up and check you'll find Your webhook URL and Your API key. Send the key as the X-Api-Key header.
Not technical? Switch the block to Prompt and hand the text to whoever runs your website — it already contains everything they need. Switch to Code for a ready-made snippet with your URL and key filled in.
Then submit your own form once. The step marks itself complete when a real enquiry lands.
Changing where your form posts from replaces your API key. Switching between From a web page and From my server mints a new key and the old one stops working — your form goes quiet until the new key is pasted in. Intrlume warns you before saving.
You can also replace the key deliberately with Replace Key, next to the key field.
Forward your business number
On the Call Forwarding tab you'll see one row per agent that answers calls, each with the number it answers on. Switch a row on to start turning callers into leads.
Turning a row off stops new leads from that number. Calls still connect — your phone line keeps working either way.
Call Forwarding has no automatic call-back settings. These callers just spoke to your agent, so there's nothing to ring back.
Connect HubSpot or Zoho CRM
Both work the same way.
Connect your account
Click connect on the tab. You'll approve it on your CRM's own screen. Nothing gets installed in your CRM.
Choose who we call, and how many
Set the agent that calls new records, and a daily cap. Anything past the cap waits for the next day rather than being called.
Switch it live
On means new leads come in and get called back. Off means new leads are ignored.
If the connection ever lapses, the tab tells you — reconnect from step 01 and leads start flowing again.
Automatic call-back
Every source except Call Forwarding carries an Automatic call-back card. It decides how hard we chase a lead, and when we're allowed to.
How many times to try — Once, 2, 3, or 4 times. Each retry waits longer than the last. We stop as soon as someone answers, books, or tells us they're not interested.
Calling window — the hours we're allowed to call, in your workspace timezone. Set both times to keep calls inside your working day.
Leave the window empty and leads can be called at any hour your country allows, including late at night. Set both times unless you mean it.
Your workspace timezone comes from Settings → Business Profile.
Everything this source sent
Every source carries an Everything this source sent panel — the log of what actually arrived, so you can tell "nobody enquired" apart from "something arrived and we could not use it". Click the heading to open it.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Received | When it arrived |
| Outcome | Whether we could use it |
| Called in | How long we took to ring them |
| Call result | How that call ended |
| Lead | Who it turned out to be |
Outcomes
| Outcome | What happened |
|---|---|
| Accepted | We could read it, and it became a lead we called |
| Merged | We already knew this person, so it joined their record instead of starting a new one. Nothing wrong, but no second call either |
| Rejected | We could not use it — the row says why, and what to change |
Use the filter above the table to show one outcome at a time.
A Rejected row also covers hitting a limit you set yourself — your daily cap, for instance. Nothing is broken there; the reason line on the row tells you which it was.
See what actually arrived
Open any row to see exactly what the source sent, field by field. It is the fastest way to fix a form that is posting the wrong thing — a phone number under a name we do not recognise, or a field arriving empty.
If nothing readable arrived at all, the row says so rather than showing you an empty table.
What arrived is kept for 90 days. After that the row stays, but its contents are cleared.
